MOMAYA SHORT STORY REVIEW 2016

I’m pleased as punch to have my story Scilla included in this wonderful anthology, which has just been released.

“This year’s competition theme was Ambition, and the winning stories explore personal ambition within the context of wide social pressures. Some of the world’s greatest literature has dealt with this theme — Charles Dickens’ Great Expectations, William Makepeace Thackeray’s Vanity Fair, Tom Wolfe’s Bonfire of the Vanities. Ambition can be sparked by the positive — wanting to be worthy of the person one loves, for example — or the negative — such as revenge.”

The anthology is available from Amazon.
